TPU SHEET is READY TO CUT material for making Machine Stitched Balls.
TPU FILM is Laminated with EVA FAOM at the back side and an optional FABRIC layer is additionally laminated.
TPU SHEET comes in different versions;
1- TPU FILM with 2.0 MM EVA foam ( Ideally for Hand Stitched Balls )
2- TPU FILM with 2.5 MM EVA FOAM + POLYESTER FABRIC ( For Promotional Machine Stitched Balls )
3- TPU FILM with 3.5 MM EVA FOAM + POLYESTER FABRIC ( for training quality Machine Stitched Balls )
Custom options are also possible with different EVA thickness and different number of Fabric Lamination.
