Thermo Laminated Soccer Ball

Thermally Laminated Soccer Balls are produced by laminating PU to EVA foam and
than burning edges of panels electrically. This process is same as adopted by SIDC.
To keep costs low, Winded SR Bladder carcass is used internally however for
better quality balls, Fabric Wrapped Bladder Carcass is recommended.
Locally produced PU adhesives are used for bonding between panels.
