FABRIC PATCHED CARCASS are widely used for QUALITY SOCCER BALLS.
Ideally used for THERMOBONDED Balls where high roundness accuracy and strong bonding is required.

This 18- panels fabric patched carcass is mostly used in THERMALLY BONDED balls as well as good quality HYBRID or MACHINE STITCHED SOCCER BALLS.

The carcass is 18 fabric panels wrapped over quality SR Bladder and is heat & pressure molded at desired ball circumference & finished carcass weight.

Ideally available in 200-210 grams finished weight and a finished size of 196 MM for use inside Size 5 Soccer Balls.
