FABRIC PATCHED CARCASS- 24 Panels

The 24 Panels FABRIC PATCHED CARCASS is mostly used in high end THERMALLY BONDED SOCCER BALLS. Ideally in FIFA LICENSE Balls or high end MATCH BALLS.
The HIGH BOUNCE SR Bladder is fabric wrapped with 24 fabric patches dipped in Latex Glue. Upon drying, the carcass is molded under high temperature with air pressure to achieve required CARCASS SIZE.

RHOMBUS shaped fabric wrapping gives stronger cover that also helps in providing more roundness compared to other versions.

Mostly produced in Size 5 | 196 MM | 200-210 grams finished weight.
